About

Valentyna Selects grew from Valentyna’s own experience working in marketing and being closely involved in the work behind every campaign.

Over the years, she worked across strategy, campaigns, content, events, branding and communications, often taking an idea from the very beginning right through to delivery. That meant understanding the business, finding the right angle, bringing the right people together and making sure the work actually got done.

And with every project, one thing became clearer. Businesses do not always need more marketing. They need the right marketing. They need someone who can understand the business quickly, see what makes it different, work out what is actually worth saying and shape the marketing around that.

That way of working became the foundation for Valentyna Selects. The studio was created to bring that same hands on approach to businesses that need experienced marketing support, whether that means becoming an outsourced marketing team, working alongside an existing team or stepping in for one important project. It is intentionally boutique, because staying close to the work matters. Every campaign starts with understanding the business first. From there, the strategy, creative direction and delivery are shaped around what will genuinely make a difference.

What makes Valentyna Selects different is the experience behind it.

Years spent working directly with businesses have shaped the way we work today. We understand that good marketing is not just about having a good idea. It is about knowing when to push it further, when to simplify it, who needs to be involved and how to actually bring it to life.

There is no single formula that works for every business. But there is a way of getting closer to the right answer: understand the business properly, recognise what makes it different and build from there.

That is the experience, judgement and practical thinking Valentyna Selects brings to every project.
